Jeff Minder is an award winning teacher and entrepreneur. As a business consultant and project manager, Jeff has worked with some of the largest and most successful companies in the world. As a teacher, he has provided his unique approach to project management through organizations and universities across the United States.
Jeff started his teaching career as an Air Force Survival, Evasion, Resistance and Escape (SERE) instructor. After 11 years in the military, and receiving the SERE instructor NCO of the year award, Jeff moved on to a career in technology, software development and internet innovations.
Jeff was the CEO of the Startup Business of the Year in Tallahassee, Florida, and was recognized as a top entrepreneur by Dell and the National Federation of Independent Businesses.
In 2011, Jeff was nominated into the Air Commando Hall of Fame specifically for his capabilities and accomplishments as a teacher. Jeff's unique approach to project management and business analysis has been taught at several universities and businesses across the country.
Jeff is also a certified master dog trainer and spends his free time training working dogs in narcotics detection, tracking and protection. Jeff is the owner of Top Tier K9 and has grown that business into one of the top dog trainer schools in the country.
In 2024 Top Tier K9 was recognized as The World's Greatest Dog Training Company, franchised in 2023 and the launch of the new Top Tier K9 3.0 AI brain in 2026.
